Phillip Welborn serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Salt Creek Midstream. He has over 10 years of upstream and midstream industry experience.

Prior to joining Salt Creek, Mr. Welborn served as Chief Accounting Officer at Noble Midstream Partners, a publicly traded, multi-basin MLP with significant operations in the Delaware Basin. He also served as Director of Accounting in the controllers organization at Noble Energy, Inc, and has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining Noble Energy.

Mr. Welborn is a certified public accountant, and graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
